FIND YOUR FIT: 5k Training
At FITniche, we are all about helping you achieve your fitness goals. Every day we help countless runners and walkers find the right shoes and equipment needed to make exercising more fun and enjoyable.
However when it comes to achieving your fitness goals, the equipment is only a piece of the puzzle. This is why we are excited to be starting up a beginning runner trainer program!!

Our Find Your FIT: 5k Training Program is a 10 week training program designed for the novice runner and runner’s who are recovering from injuries or are coming back to the sport after an extended break. We will provide you with the motivation to keep you running strong, weekly group training sessions, guidance and advice from our amazing coaches and free educational clinics on injury prevention, nutrition, and the proper gear.

Cost: $90 

What you Get: 

  • 10 Week training schedule with your current fitness level in mind
  • Two group workouts every week on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings
  • Informational Sessions on important topics including running form, nutrition, and injury prevention
  • A running technical t-shirt

Hannah Whitemore


Hello fellow runners and newbies!
I’m Hannah Whitmore and will be coaching the Find Your Fit in Brandon.
I’ve been a runner since my sophomore year of high school and LOVE middle distances ranging from 800m to 5k’s. I currently coach Cross Country and Track at Plant City High School and am a Certified Personal trainer.
I love every aspect of both because I get to help people reach personal and physical goals while enjoying it as the same time.

Hi, my name is Lauren McPhearson and I will be coaching at the Brandon location.
I have been running competitively for about 6 years and have competed in  distances ranging from 1 mile to a marathon.  I am a certified athletic trainer who aims at helping others achieve their goals, injury free!  I am so excited to share my love for running with each and every one of you!

Hello everyone!! My name is Chris Ellis and I will be coaching at the Lakeland loaction. I am an endurance enthusiast, through and through. With podium finishes in multi-distance triathlons as well as half marathon, full marathon and ultra distance races, my favorite thing to do is spread the knowledge of how the challenge of fitness is fun, not a chore. As a Type-1 diabetic, I am enrolled in the Master of Exercise physiology program at University of Southern Florida where I hopes to use his degree to educate diabetics and entry-level athletes on how to enjoy life to the fullest. My wife and I are very active, and we both love to use fitness as a way to stay healthy and find fun and challenging new things to do together.

I have been involved in the local running communities over the years assisting in numerous local running events volunteering my time to help provide a lending hand where needed.
Running has been a passion of mine and a lifestyle for several years.
Getting the new and middle of the pack runners to meet their goals and to also obtain a sense of accomplishment with every workout has been a sincere passion of mine over the years.
I am excited and  extremely motivated to be apart of the Fitniche coaching team!!
