Started in 1979 in quaint San Antonio, Florida the Rattlesnake Run is among Tampa Bay Area’s oldest events and includes the opportunity to visit the Rattlesnake Festival immediately after the race. There simply was not enough time to safely contain the race for the thousand-plus participants who have been drawn to it in previous years. Still, we recommend you sign up for this one anyway to get a preview of the new course and to be able to enjoy the rest of the morning taking in a truly amazing collection of wild animals nestled right in the neighborhoods of Tampa Bay!
